Telephone

What problems are you having with your telephone?
I tend to cradle the telephone handset between my ear and shoulder - at the same time that I use the keyboard and take notes.
I am interested in switching to a headset telephone and want to know more.
I have an extended reach to the telephone base to reach the handset/headset and to dial the number.
I have a problem with my telephone - poor sound quality, keys that stick, difficult time seeing the display, etc.
