Handwriting

What problems are you having with handwriting?
I have to bend or rotate my neck to see my documents to write on them.
I have trouble seeing my documents (lighting, glare, blurry, out of focus, etc. ) to write on them.
I have to take notes when I am on the telephone and/or keyboard.
My hand gets cramps when I write.
