Conference Rooms

Problem

Tips

Corrective Action

Conference room tables are too high or too low for me.

Typically the conference room table tends to be too high for people of shorter stature.

The problem is that you end up sitting on your leg to get higher in the chair or you sit with your feet dangling - both of which can cause problems.

Adjust conference chair

Generally you will have no option to adjust the height of the table - what you can do is adjust the chair in the conference room.

Check out the Chair section to learn how to adjust it.

TIPS:

Check the seatpan height - raise it up to place your hands/arms in neutral position at the conference table height.

If  you can't get your feet on the floor when you raise the seatpan height bring in a footrest.

I am able to improve the comfort of the conference room chair.

I am NOT able to improve the comfort of the conference room chair - contact supervisor.
